Bullying:

What is bullying?
According to the dictionary, bullying is "using superior strength or influence to intimidate (someone) typically to force him or her to do what one wants.

Why does bullying happen?
Bullying is real. But quite often the word is abuse, and we just get mad because people are not treating us as we expect they should be treating us.

Why is it bad to bully others?
Bullying can affect everyone, those who gets bullied, those who bully, and those who witness bullying. Bullying is linked to many negative outcomes, such as mental health. It can even lead to death.

Ways to prevent bullying:
1. Treat everyone with respect
2. Stop and think before you say or do something because it might hurt someone
3. Talk to an adult you trust. They can help you find ways to be nicer to others
4. Always think that none of us is perfect so stop judging them
5. If you have ever bullied someone in the past, apologize. It will make everything better.

But how to stop bullying?
1. When you see others getting bullied, try convincing them to stop doing so
2. Try checking for places where bullying takes place the most, they might be in the place where not visited by teacher often, but who knows where they are, ask those who are bullied in those places
3. Don't be afraid when people bully you, be strict with the bully and just trust in God
4. Try bringing an adult with you to either protect yourself from bullies and use them to stop bullies from bullying others
5. Talk with an adult you trust. It always makes you feel better.
6. Always pray and ask God for help
